I suspect a official pre-delivery photo from Totton works of HCBAngus. Note minimal markings part from crest and no front door! They were simpler days.

Shropshire is my home county as I was born in Oswestry and my hobby was partly inspired by the OiC there in early 1960s Station Officer JE Jones.

I was always amazed by how these different bodybuilders suppressed the front doors on Commers. Some even left the original front steps in situ when they built units without front doors.
