The Alastair Collins collection is really spiffing up this site, with loads of interesting photos from the past...
I have seen TLs like this referred to as F17.
Do you know if there were two variants of this chassis, or is one of the designations incorrect?
I know that some had mid mounted PTO driven Dennis No2 500 gpm pumps, and wondered if this was a reason for the different numbers?
