Delivered on 20th November 1933 to WHFB the unique RT based on a bus type body. It was not red but in a blue and cream in the style of the buses of the day. More information welcomed as I am writing a history of WHFB. It looks to me as though this could be Merryweather bodied as this photo has the feel of their shots taken on Blackheath prior to delivery?

This looks a lot like Darlington's 1930 Dennis pump, which was the first enclosed fire engine supplied in England, and is illustrated in C V Blackstone's famous history of the fire service.

my mistake about the location of this photograph. This is clearly near the Woodbridge works Guilford where Dennis were based not Blackheath near where Merryweather were based. picture 13492 shows a West Ham Merryweather at that location on the heath.
