Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
This diarama shows on the left a 1921 Dennis'N'Type pump escape and on the right a 1938 Dennis Light Four pump escape proudly standing in front of the town fire station.
The models are by Yat Ming in 1.43 scale and are on release in good model shops now.
The buildings are in HO size and are scratch built using plasticard with moulded plastic windows and doors. The fire station depicted here (scatch built) actually took some three months to complete and involved some 1000 matchsticks being used as a final outer
covering of all the walls, etc, and actually the roof alone with several coatings of material
took in the region of 12 hours to complete.
All the very best to you all where ever you may be.
Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year.
