Trans Pennine Run August 2008 - 1957 Bedford

The Historic Commercial Vehicle Society organises a run from Manchester to Harrogate each year. The run takes you over the Pennine hills, so there are plenty of long steep climbs to make your engine work hard. The fire engine entries were down this year.

This 1957 'Green Goddess' looked very much the part with a full complement of fire fighting equipment
