I only see 1 person in the vehicle, is this normal?

I think this was just for a photo shot.Any vehicle of this size and
carrying the equipment like it does, would have 3 riders minimum.

I'd guess the OIC might be closing the station door or the other side of it.

I'd guess operationally that should have a minium crew of two, for safety reasons if nothing more.

It might well have a 'supporting pump' for the crewing!
