Picture of 1981 International Acco pumper

Rear view of my 1981 International Acco 1810C pumper. Ex Toowoomba (QLD, Australia) unit 8, it was re-numbered QFS unit 361 when the Queensland Fire Service amalgamated all regional fire brigade boards in 1990. Delivered new to Toowoomba, it stayed in service entirely in the area until being sent to Inglewood, south of Toowoomba in late 2003. It was decommissioned in 2004 after 23 years service.

Are the rear top lockers above the hosereels for flaked lengths of preconnected delivery hose? This seems to have been a commonplace SOP in Australia, combining a commonplace north American hose stowage practice with a European-style rear mounted pump.
