It is a Fiat 900 E Panorama 80's white stripe. Unusual ladder support. This veichle was in use for internal services or (no-emergency) personnel transport.

This van was used for interventions in historical centers of old italian municipalities . Generally was used for non emergency or no-fire interventions but sometimes particularities of this van were used for emergncies too

Production of the 900 E ended in around 1985 and the last batch for the uk were converted into Micro Campers (Small Motorcaravans) as Amigos I think. It was also a popular seller in France.

If no response role, I wonder why it had the rather comprehensive set of scaling and hook ladders?
