Proud Firefighters with their Engine

This picture was taken in front of one of our old firestation which is currently our city hall. I'm not sure what kind of engine this is other than being a chemical engine. Can someone enlighten me as to the make of the truck? I though this was a very nice picture from our fire department's past.
