this Samecar was built in 1963 and is stil in services today. it's was built by Boudewijn and it has a Bean high pressure pump onboard. it was one of five of this little fire engines built by this company. of withs three of them where built on this Italian built Samecar chassis all for the works fire brigade of Bruynzeel and stationed in Bergen op Zoom, Zaandam (all in the Netherlands) and Surinam

Suitable for extinguishing light fire. Hong Kong used to own several Honda Sunward mini pumper (whose size like this) but these Honda are replaced by Yamaha ATV

Looks like, it might be on a Farm Tractor chassis - with the larger rear-wheels, and engine somewhere in middle.
