Still looking good for her age (1995), this is STAFFORDSHIRE'S ROPE RESCUE UNIT based at STAFFORD.
It is a LAND ROVER 110 TDi.

Still going! Saw this only the other day on (barely visible) blues and twos. Bet they had to brush the dust off the dashboard first!
