Malaysia EMS unit

WNC 9748 Toyota 2006 EMS unit(Japanese build) of Kuala Lumpur at Sentul fire station.
There are a few other states who have an EMS unit, so far they only responds to fires for use of fire-fighters only and they haven't take over the ambulance services in Malaysia

The Italian Vigili del Fueco also run "captive" ambulances for their own personnel, as do some fire services in Spain.

This Toyota is very much the usual Japanese design, basically a standard commercial delivery van with added bowed out side panels for extra room and an elevated roof cap. The massive array of red lights is also a standard feature.

Although this is two tone red and white, in Japan fire service emergency ambulances are almost always painted solid white.
