E.S.F.B.1967 Landrover/HCB Angus L4P.
This 1967 Landrover Series 11A 109 with bodywork and equipment by HCB-Angus was delivered new to the old Brighton Fire Brigade, in its own rights before being emalgamated into the East Sussex Fire Brigade in 1974.This Landrover HCB-Angus L4P (Landrover,4 Wheel Drive with pump) was one of 2 in the County of East Sussex during this period,the other appliance being at the station in Lewes,the counties Headquarters.This Landrover (reg HUF 999 E), and another one(reg UPM 350 H), are now both in presevationation,and like this Landrover photographed in 2006,the other photographed in 2002 can also be seen on this site.
