It seems like NFRS Scania Hook And Lift vehicle with a Rescue Support POD.

This IS a hook and lift " prime mover " with an " operational support unit " pod . It is the only vehicle of this type in the Northamptonshire fire service fleet, and is based at Wellingborough fire station .
Looking at the building behind the vehicle, this photo was taken at the service HQ in Northampton, which is also where the service repair workshop can be found

hi just wondering cos i drove past Kettering Fire Station a few days ago and saw what i thought was a scania p270. hav my eyes tricked me or not and if not when will rushden get one?

Kettering have had a Scania P270seris WrL for sometime now its on a 56plate, they also due a Prime Mover with a WrC pod which is a 09reg Scania P310 PM i believe.
