Looks like the Austral vehicle built circa 1986 to replace the Walter vehicles that were in service. This was prior to the introduction of the lighter Austral Rapid Intervention fire vehicle (specified circa 1986 by Fire Engineering, Department of Aviation - Col Thompson was Chief Engineer at the time.
