Parade Engine for the City of Douglasville, Georgia USA. "Legs" Williams is fine tuning it for the upcoming 4th of July parade. Chevrolet chassis with a 500(?) gpm pump, 300 gal tank.

The pump looks like the Barton, which was bought and used extensively by the British National Fire Service during WWII to upgrade ladder trucks.
It had the advantages that it was easy to install and light enough that it did not affect the vehicle's steering too badly.

When used in the UK it was rated at 350 IGPM, which corresponds to 435 USGPM.
