Another example of a front-mount pump. This International Loadstar chassis had a new body and pump built by Rosenbauer Fire Apparatus. This VFD can really stretch a dollar, they rebuild all their apparatus from used trucks. Tri-Comm VFD serves the Collegedale, Ooltewah and Apison areas of suburban Chattanooga, Tennessee USA.

'Yep', one fine looking machine (I mean rig), I love that colour.I certainly wouldn't want to be kicked up the backside with that front end.....Pete M.

One "busy" front-end - the piping, running aft to the body, must indicate a Water Tank, which would explain why she is sitting low on her rear-axle, despite the weight of pump forward. Might be a challenge to drive....

Great Front-Mount photo.

Quite likely that both axles are overloaded - that pump is no lightweight, plus all that plumbing...

This problem of overloading is unfortunately quite common with a lot of budget fire truck conversions on both new and used commercial chassis, not only in North America!
