Looks like only a short ladder, perhaps because of the tilting factory crew cab, although other fire services like BSPP do carry much longer ladders extending quite far above their Volvo/Renault factory crew cab.

As mentioned, this is a compact city pumper 2 units at Bern FD, there are 2 other units bigger at the station as well
