BSPP had a flirtation with Mercedes, but rapidly reverted to buying mainly Renaults (no surprise!) as well as a rather fleeting affair with Iveco. Pun intended!

Some of their recent heavy pumpers are now Iveco again. Who knows why they switch around so much? Maybe J-P knows?

I can't say exactly, many decisions are up to the General commander the BSPP leading for 2/3 years. To me looks like many want to leave their imprint in history! Just my thought!

There is a very famous French proverb, which roughly translates as “the more things change, the more they stay the same’. Sounds like it fits here too…..
