This looks like it is carrying up to eight 1,000 litre Class B foam compound cells, as well as manifolds and that rather impressive foam monitor too. The chassis is 6X4, but - a bit surprising - without a rear steering axle. It seems most European fire services choose either a rear steering axle 6X2 or a fully blown 6X6 or even 8X8 for their roll on/roll off container carriers.
Dedicated foam pumpers are rather rare nowadays, except of course on airfields and at airports. It seems most fire services have chosen the container system. There are exceptions of course, and foam tenders are still in common use in France and some southern European countries - as well as in North America, where the container system is practically unheard of.
