It looks like the seating and/or standing accommodations for the six crew members were rather basic. Two more or less perched on each side of the equipment box behind the driver’s seat, hanging on for dear life! Or maybe it was safer to stand and grab onto the ladder?

Not easy to see on the picture but 2x2 seated at rear, back-to-back. And 2 in front obviously.
