E-One Hurricane Tower Ladder, Czernichów, Poland

In 1994 following Interschutz, a deal was made between E-One of Florida and the Polish State Fire Service for the provision of several American-built vehicles. Among them was three of these E-One Hurricane Tower Ladders. Featuring a 30 metre ladder, 750 litre water tank, 200 litre foam tank and a 3,800 litre per minute pump, two were allocated to Krakow and one to Warsaw. Ultimately they were deemed too big for Polish roads and eventually went to the training fleet/reserve. This one was based at Krakow's station 6 before moving to the Czernichow Volunteer Fire Brigade near Krakow in 2021. It is even fitted with a genuine American Federal Q siren!
