JD5974 Dennis Arrow PE West Ham
taken at the West Ham Jubilee exhibition 1936 rear of town hall in fire station yard. JD5974 carried an Xaust foam generator - see below. It also had the new transverse seating for the crew. It was brand new when photographed.
I am intrigued by the chassis at the front of this image. It appears to have a pump but no body so maybe Dennis made this available. In 1937 two more Dennis Arrows were delivered by Dennis to West Ham JD8958/9 and it may be one of them.
Newly located image from Newham archives and library service.

Looks more like an N type pump in front which would be a decade earlier?
Ed: ah yes could be an old one stripped of the body at end of service. They were delivered from 1911-1920 so makes sense date wise.
