I think this is TL1926 recently kept at Burghley House near Stamford. It was restored from very poor condition by apprenctices from a local company Airblast in 2019

Was it a centrifugal pump? It seems to be missing the shiny vertical air chamber which was characteristic of Merryweather piston pumps of this era.
