From memory this among others were generally supplied as refinery tenders. Like the purpose built aircraft crash tenders being some of our most impressive products. One of this type, possibly this one, went to the Sullom Voe oil terminal. All Detroit engined ranging from 6v71 in this case, to 6v92 and I think also at least one 8v92 4400 spec version with the full width sleeper cab.
