Custom low profile Iveco chassis and cab, with single rear tyres, indicating that it is probably a rear steering axle setup. Turntable ladders with rear steering axles are fairly common in Germany, because they provide increased maneuverability in narrow streets and the ability to move the rig diagonally in extremely restricted spaces if necessary. A few pumpers are similarly configured on Mercedes Econic chassis, but these are comparatively rare.
