Could it be this or similar? SRO544 left the brigade and saw service with Glaxo apparently.

Presumably for vehicle and/or equipment fires, as gravel is not famous for being a serious fire hazard…

Ronald Henderson informs me that this Bedford S Miles is ex Royal Ordnance Factory (Arsenal) Woolwich, one of a pair of WrEs registered NGY534/5.
