Nicely illustrates how the "Club of Four" crew cab repurposed a set of extra front doors for crew access.

I think this might have been one of the earliest companies to think of this solution, rather than a full coachbuilt effort.

BTW, the "Four" were Renault, DAF, Volvo and Iveco.
