Well designed custom tanker, with a full width container mounted as low as possible to make sure the center of gravity is as low as it can be, combined with a long wheelbase chassis to insure that the tank top is as low as possible for the same reason, in the effort to achieve the maximum possible stability. This can be contrasted with quite a few very dangerous top heavy tankers on this site.
