Does anyone know the pump and water tank capacities of these early London Dodges? Also I wonder if these already had extrication equipment on board? This was just beginning to become commonplace in Germany, with Berlin operating the first “rescue pump” in 1983.

1000gpm UMP pump which was Godiva made. Didn't London specify 1000 litres?

It was 300 IG at one point, equal to 1365 liters, but this was for the Dennis and Shelvoke dual purpose appliances, which carried steel 50 foot wheeled escape ladders. As these were even heavier than the 200 kg “gut buster”45 foot alloy ladder, it occurred to me that these might have been upgraded to 400 gallons (1820 liters).
