This is the old cab. It was later rebuilt for some reason.

It looks a lot better than the new cab with the huge black rubber grille!

Ford did the same with the D series, to update it at minimal cost by clagging a huge black rubber grille and rectangular headlights on the old cab, and it too looked awful!
