It´s a prototype, based on the military chassis according to the specification of the German TLF 3000 in combination with the french brush-fire trucks.
Interesting concept, as the TLF 3000 has not historically been designed for serious off road work, while some departmental fire services have been trying to develop the CCFF 3000 to be more useful in structure fire fighting situations, without adding more weight and bulk. This may be the answer - or, like the infamous Magirus Multistar experiment - it may turn out to be too compromised to be entirely useful in either role. What we in Yorkshire used to describe as "neither nowt nor summat".
