Most of the city's volunteer fire stations have one of these, which are designed to seat up to nine firefighters. Once all front line machines have been staffed as required by responding volunteers, additional personnel responding to the fire station will usually don their PPE and respond to the incident as backup. The numbers do vary of course, but are commonly between four and eight.
