This literally translates as "Very powerful foam tender". I have not been able to track down specification details, but it looks like it has a tank capacity around 10,000 litres.

Giamex build around 500 fire trucks a year, including airfield, military and aerial units as well as pumpers and specials like this foam tender for Paris. They have exported to more than 45 countries, although of course most of their production is for French customers. On this type of tandem axle chassis they offer foam and/or water tankers up to 13,000 litres total capacity with pumps from 2,000 LPM to 4,500.
