These Carmichael WTs lacked a B pillar window, resulting in very little daylight getting into the crew compartment, as the small driver’s cab rear window opening did not let in much light coming in from the front of the truck.
This was changed later by the addition of a small extra window, but other bodybuilders tended to do a better job of giving the crew on the rear seat a bit more daylight.
