This J series Jeep Gladiator was built between 1962 and 1988 and was used by fire and rescue services in several countries including Switzerland, Norway and Finland. Applications included light pumpers, light rescues, command vehicles, utility trucks and vans and ambulances as well as this small alarm van.
It had more room and a higher payload than a Land Rover 110, but was more expensive and a good deal thirstier, which meant that its numbers were comparatively quite small.
