This seems to have been a "one off" and was probably rather rarely turned out, explaining its thirty one year career with Colmar. It turns up on a lot of French fire engine photo sites, but nothing else quite like it seems to have existed.
It seems not to have had a pump, ladders or much equipment except for hoses, hose fittings and of course the monitor or "deck gun", a highly unusual feature on French fire engines except of course brush trucks.
Rob totally right, unique rig on this Berliet Chassis, some other similar engines' were used in Paris on Somua basis. Just hoses and water canon, rarely turned out as it needed at least 2 pumpers to feed the water canon. This rig was commissioned after a post war civil defense plan against fire-storms such as in Dresden!
