This design TLF 16/24 water tender followed the model pictured on this site in picture 42342. It had a more powerful 150 BHP engine and - despite the new, much larger "radiator" grille - was also an air-cooled V6. The cab, bodywork and pump remained unchanged, and the chassis continued to be offered as a 2X4 or 4X4. With a population of less than 3,000, this Black Forest village now has a volunteer fire brigade with a rescue pump, a Unimog water tender and a personnel carrier. They responded to 37 incidents in 2020.
