Kent FRS Sevenoaks ladder workshops

A poor image but an intriguing vehicle. 15th Aug 2017 near Sevenoaks railway station. I am not sure what this is but maybe ladder maintenance from workshops of Kent Fire. Might be this from the kent fleetlist?
