Not sure if this is one of the Portsmouth appliances absorbed into Hampshire in 1974.Or that might have been HCO999F.

This is GPX70N. Fire Cover magazine No.238 says it is a cancelled export order. And was Hampshire's not Portsmouth's Leyland HCO999F. HCO is here:
