Alvis Pyrene CRT Miles body?

I have been supplied some notes about the history of Alfred Miles and they may have bodied this. Presumably Pyrene foam making equipment. Is anybody else aware of Miles bodied airfield crash tenders?

Miles bodied appliances were used at Hatfield, Leeds Bradford and possibly Staverton, they may well have been others.

Miles did the bodywork on the RAF Bedford "Domestic" truck. Very classy they were too.

picture 41973 depicts a rather interesting - and possibly unique - Bedford Miles R series 4X4 which was built for export.
