Lothian & Borders Retained Pump at a Shout

Here is L283NSC, whilst still a frontline pump at a shout in Linlithgow. This pump has now been withdrawn from frontline service. It was used as a reserve appliance, but i am unaware if it still is. L283NSC was replaced with the Scania in pic 1072
