Fire Engines Photos

Thanks Petros, lovely picture which appears to be Bognor Regis in about 1981 or 82, with Dennis RS CBP 968W as the first WTL, and Dennis Delta SS220 HP TCR 354T. I never got to see GBP 446H at Bognor, it was a long walk from the railway station, and there is only so much driving around you can ask your parents to do! It had a long life at Bognor from 1970 - 1984, it was sold and cut up at Southampton Ferrous metal merchants, having been delivered in Coventry Yellow it was repainted red in 1975 read for the opening of the new Bognor Regis Station in West Meads and was the first appliance with the new West Sussex Fire & Rescue crest as seen in this picture.
