This is not a Sabre; it looks more like a Rapier. The light-bar hints at an ex-Kent, UK appliance.

I wonder how easy it is to convert a Dennis to left hand drive, like this one.

Dennis delivered a handful of LHD appliances like this - and a few bare chassis cabs - for service in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Germany and Austria, as well as a few in the Middle East.

The conversion was probably not too difficult, if it was in fact a conversion, because all the parts would be relatively easy to relocate. But often converters left the wipers configured for RHD, while this example has LHD wipers - suggesting it might also have been an original LHD build.

Having time on my hands for some reason (!) I googled 'Bomberos Exaltación de la Cruz' and they have a Facebook site where there are photos of two Dennis still with UK reg. S403KRF and P150GFL . Not sure whether either is this one though . Google will translate all the comments and they are obviously very proud of these machines.

Ed:
S403KRF - Dennis tsd233/carmichael Wrl was on the run at Cannock fire station, Staffs
P150 GFL. Dennis Sabre / Water Tender Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service Dogsthorpe

Neither have lightbar like appliance above.
