It is identical to the other D Shropshire Ford water tender in this series of photos, which had a CFE badge.
The cab design, to retain the tilt feature, is very similar to the configuration which was also found on Carmichael D series fire trucks. This uses the entire original factory tilt cab, with fiberglass additions for appearances sake....
