@Bob Ewing. These Foamite went to South Africa. Apparently around 5 made.

Cananda, Ceylon and the UK all had Pyrene built Crash tenders
Interestingly, in Foamite's brochure, they also offered the Mark 6 system on the Thornycroft Nubian chassis.

It's interesting that Matchbox modelled their Stalwart on something resembling prototypes PV4 and PV5. They're the only 2 that had octagonal hatches, all the others being round. It is thought that Foamite only made 5, compared to Pyrene making over 100
