See image 30313. This 1943 Fargo was originally built by the Colonial Motor Company. Serving the Christchurch fire brigade, this initially was a combination unit before being modified to carry an escape and finally being converted into a hoselayer. This appliance is now part of the Ferrymead Museum collection.
