FDNY Engine 2 FDNY Eng 2 is a 1954 Mack Model L that was in service with the Aberdeen, Maryland, USA fire department until 1989. It is in use by FDNY as a caisson for members who are not LODD but who have given many years of devoted service even after they have retired. This FF was a VERY active member with the Fire Family Transport Foundation whose purpose is to transport family members of LODI to hospitals or to wakes and funerals if that is the need. See http://www.firefamilytransport.org/
