Bristol fireboat

Something slightly different, 1934 vintage Fireboat Pyronaut displaying on a rather cloudy July 16th 2016 as part of the excellent Bristol Harbour Festival. She was part of The Bristol fire Brigade for many years doing service during WW2 to save many parts of Bristol docks from more serious damage.

Regarding the number of monitors - they attached 3 branches to the rails each side and connected them to the pumps with short lengths of hose to give this impressive display - I don't expect they original Fire Crews had the same waterproof clothing either!
