can i ask how the tilt test work well
how do they determan a pass or a fail (

The tilt test is stipulated within JCDD36, and is specific to the UK fire service. It could be out-dated with the new suspension systems on trucks, but we still do it. The 'pass' on this appliance was 32 degrees, which with it's low centre of gravity it achieved with ease.

I wonder how well the infamous Magirus Multistars did?
